Double Stroller

Doug, Kayla and I are so lucky to have such great family and friends. Last night they surprised us with a baby shower for baby boy Anctil due in May! We received so many nice gifts and enjoyed yummy food and cake. Kayla's favorite present was the double stroller. She sat in it for almost 2 hours this morning!!! Thanks Lisa, Bonnie, Monica, Priscilla, Aunt Mary, Anthony, Rich, Bob and Marcos for such a great night!!!

Never would I have ever thought I would have the need for a double stroller! Oh, how life has changed! I couldn't be happier!!!

Rich and Lisa had something do do last night and FINALLY asked Doug and I to watch Anthony. Kayla had some trouble sharing mine and Doug's attention, but had fun playing with Anthony! Anthony was such a good boy. Doug and I look forward to watching him again!!!

Kayla's first surgery!

Kayla had her 1st surgery today. It was very minor, but still worried Doug and I sick. She had tubes placed in both ears this morning. I think the surgery was more traumatic on me than Kayla. Doug and I were able to walk all the way to the surgery room, but then had to hand her over. She went willing and didn't even look back. She was such a good girl. She came back to us about 20 minutes later a bit cranky but did awesome. We are so proud of her!
