Connecticut Trip

We headed to Connecticut for my dad's surprise retirement party. I didn't get a lot of pictures this trip and am very disappointed. I guess having 2 kids kept me so busy that I didn't get to click away like I usually do! Here are some highlights of our trip!

Kayla and Stephen had their well visits last week!

Kayla's 2 year check up:

Height: 60th percentile - they did not tell me the inches =(

Weight: 30 pounds - 80th percentile

The doctor said Kayla is way ahead of the game developmentally. Kayla was being a show off and counted to 10 in Spanish, 20 in English, sang twinkle twinkle, the ABC's, rock a bye baby and sweet caroline to the doctor. She also told her all the colors and shapes!!! She had the doctor in tears! I was so proud.

Stephen's 9 month check up:

Height: 28 1/2 inches - 70th percentile

Weight: 21 pounds - 86th percentile

The doctor said he is doing well developmentally. She wants us to introduce the sippy cup and start giving him table food mashed up!

Doug, Kayla, Stephen and I were able to go over and meet Victoria today. Tori is the baby girl of our good friends Krista and Bald Mike! She is so tiny and precious! We really enjoyed her and can't wait to see her again!

Victoria Lynn was born on Jan 31st
